1) Asset Information Management

Facilitators: Mike Gray, NRX Global
                     Terence Leung, NRX Global

“Asset Information Management” is a relatively new term that tries to summarize all of the needs for master data and additional information as it relates to technical assets. While the need for complete and accurate master data is widely accepted, the management of other information like drawings or pictures is often neglected. Quite often there are pockets of excellence in the plant, but access to and reliability of the information depends on key individuals who keep the data. At this roundtable, we will discuss what the critical junctions are in data acquisition and how modern tools can ensure that asset information is complete, accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible.

2) Business Intelligence

Facilitators: Dean Fitt, SAP AG
                     Dan Kearnan, SAP

Reporting has always played a key role in reaping the benefits of an integrated EAM system to drive improvements. Today, customers can choose between or combine embedded information systems including (PMIS), SAP NetWeaver BI (BW) or several products by Business Objects. What are the implications of these approaches in terms of flexibility, ease of use, performance, scalability, licensing, etc. This roundtable will discuss these implications and try to identify best BI practices for EAM.

3) Fleet Management

Facilitator: Alishia Jolivette, SAP Team Lead, Houston Independent School District

This roundtable will provide an open forum for customers managing fleet in SAP to discuss successes and pain points as a group. This is a great opportunity to share your experiences with others, as well as gain insight into what other customers have achieved. This roundtable will help determine what the focus of the Fleet Maintenance workshop on Wednesday will be.

4) Apprentice Roundtable

(Available to SAP-Centric EAM Apprentices only)

This roundtable was developed specifically for individuals participating in the SAP-Centric EAM Master / Apprentice program. This two-hour discussion will focus on key aspects of the EAM process, answer questions and will foster networking focused on developing the Master / Apprentice community.
