Peter Dunford

Peter Dunford is an achievement-oriented management professional with a strong focus on people and leadership. This has been developed through 23 years of experience in a large global resources company and supplemented by 10 years of experience consulting and managing global consulting companies around asset intensive organizations. Peter has proven ability in strategic planning, implementing change and driving business outcomes through leadership of teams and people in industrial and corporate environments. His key roles have included CEO of a global consulting company, program director of a number of global SAP ERP implementations, operations manager of an organizational company (working globally), leading maintenance improvement programs internationally in resource industries, strategic planning, and running leadership and change programs in the oil and gas industry. Peter has also worked as a maintenance engineer and superintendent in a large industrial facility, managing SAP and other ERP implementations.

   
Jeff Alessi

Jeff Alessi

SAP Lead Specialist, Valero Energy Corporation

Jeffery Alessi is an SAP lead specialist for Valero Energy. He has been a part of four SAP implementations since joining the SAP project team in 2005. Jeffery was the lead on planning and scheduling projects throughout the Valero system over the last three years. When it comes to scheduling, Jeffery is considered the Valero expert, training all schedulers within the system. Prior to joining the corporate team, Jeffery was a senior planner and scheduler at the Valero St. Charles Refinery located in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has over 20 years of combined experience in the maintenance, construction and planning fields.

   
Keith Berriman

Keith Berriman

Director of Engineering & Reliability, Agrium Inc.

Keith Berriman, P.Eng., CMRP, is the director of engineering & reliability for Agrium Inc.’s wholesale division. A certified RCM II facilitator, Keith has worked as a reliability specialist, maintenance manager, maintenance planner, and project engineer in the petro-chemical, hazardous waste, and forest products industries. Keith has 20 years of experience in reliability improvement programs, maintenance management, failure analysis and CMMS implementation. He graduated with a B.Eng in mechanical engineering from the University of Sheffield, England, and is a professional engineer registered in Alberta, Canada. Keith is also a certified maintenance and reliability specialist with the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Engineers.

   
Alex Lackner

Alex Lackner

Asset Management and Integrity Team Leader, Dow Corning

Alexander (Alex) Lackner holds a mechanical engineering B.S. from Michigan Technological University. He has ten years of experience working in various project management, reliability engineering and manufacturing engineering positions within Dow Corning. Alex is currently the team leader of the Enterprise Asset Management and Integrity (NDT Inspection) departments at Dow Corning’s Carrollton, Kentucky manufacturing plant. He is also leading a number of Six Sigma Blackbelt projects that focus on the optimization, implementation and data accuracy of the SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management (MROS) modules.

   
Kim McArthur

Kim McArthur

Manager – Asset Stewardship, Hydro One Networks Inc.

Kim McArthur has been an employee of Hydro One Networks Inc. for over 30 years. In his current role as manager of asset stewardship in the asset strategy department, Kim uses his varied business experience to recommend and develop value realization opportunities utilizing Hydro One’s enterprise toolset and the framework of the Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 55 for Asset Management.

   
Jimmy Mendoza

Jimmy Mendoza

Business Analyst, CPS Energy

Jimmy Mendoza began his employment at CPS Energy in November of 1977 as a trainee in fleet operations. After 22 years at fleet operations and wearing multiple hats from fleet coordinator to technical trainer, which also included environmental oversight and compliance, he moved on to the IT world. In November of 1999, CPS Energy undertook a project to implement SAP. Jimmy’s role was that of a trainer and Plant Maintenance SME. Now, over 10 years later, he is a business analyst overseeing the implementation of various SAP IT-related projects. Jimmy has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2007.

   
Chris Zawislak

Chris Zawislak

CMRP, Director, Performance Improvement, ConAgra Foods

Chris Zawislak, CMRP, is the director of performance improvement at ConAgra Foods. He works within ConAgra’s consumer foods division, which manufactures and markets leading brand products to retail and food service customers. He also serves as ConAgra’s enterprise reliability leader. Prior to his current role, Chris served as manager of continuous improvement at ConAgra and TPM facilitator at Anderson Corporation. He specializes in automation engineering, maintenance management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), energy & utilities cost savings and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Chris holds a B.S. degree in electronic engineering & technology and is seeking his MBA.
