Alex Lackner Asset Management and Integrity Team Leader, Dow Corning Alexander (Alex) Lackner holds a mechanical engineering B.S. degree from Michigan Technological University. He has twelve years of experience working in various project management, reliability engineering, and manufacturing engineering positions within Dow Corning. Alex is currently the team leader of the Enterprise Asset Management and Integrity (NDT Inspection) departments at Dow Corning's Carrollton, Kentucky, manufacturing plant. He is also leading a number of Six Sigma Blackbelt projects that focus on the optimization, implementation, and data accuracy of the SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management (MROS) modules. |

Anthony Puglia Corporate Maintenance Manager, Essroc Tony Puglia is corporate maintenance manager with Essroc Cement with over 27 years of experience. Tony has held many positions with Essroc over the past years in production and safety, process engineering, and information technology. His main responsibility currently as a SAP key user for Essroc focuses on the alignment of SAP PM and PS with the Italcementi SAP 6.0. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, is certified by SAP in Project Management 6.0, and volunteers as ASUG New Jersey Chapter Chair. |

Heidi Mucci Lead SAP Business Analyst, Tesoro Corporation Heidi Mucci has worked in the refining industry in the IT organization, supporting SAP plant maintenance for the last nine years. She is currently in her fourth year as a senior SAP business analyst at Tesoro Companies, Inc. Her primary focus has been in the SAP PM standardization efforts in the areas of reliability reporting and master data. Previously at Valero, her focus was on SAP PM master data, turnaround SAP PM/PS integration with Primavera, and the energy stewardship dashboards. |

Jeff Smith Business Process Analyst EAM, Fairfax Water Jeff Smith has been with Fairfax Water (FW) for 22 years. He worked his way up the plant maintenance department from a plant mechanic, plant maintenance assistant aupervisor and plant maintenance planner/scheduler. Jeff was the EAM team lead when FW implemented SAP in 2009. After implementation, Jeff became a business process analyst working in FW (SAP) Solution Support Center. He mainly supports the production department’s two large water treatment plants with SAP. This has allowed Jeff to gain valuable SAP experience with the Plant Maintenance Module of SAP, MM Module, as well as experience with the Customer Service, and Finance Module. |

Mario Abella Project Control Consultant, Nexen Inc Mario Abella is a certified management accountant (CMA) with over 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, and over 15 years of SAP software experience. He has held various positions including construction project manager, project controls specialist, senior business analyst, and management consultant. He specializes in making the tool fit the business, rather than the business fitting the tool. For the last seven years, Mario has focused on the plan-to-pay business processes and how they impact project managers and maintenance planners in operations and maintenance, engineering, and construction, as well as A/P staff, buyers, receivers, and Finance (SOX). He is SAP-certified in ASAP methodology and the PS module. |

Peghi Webb Process Analyst, Aera Energy Peghi Webb has a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Davis. She has more than 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry where she has held various positions in engineering, geology, and IT. Peghi is currently working as a process analyst in the Center for Excellence at Aera Energy LLC and is responsible for standardizing processes in the operations and maintenance organization. She was a member of the SAP implementation team at Aera in 1998 and is currently the business owner for SAP Plant Maintenance. |

Keith Berriman Director of Engineering & Reliability, Agrium Inc. Keith Berriman, P.Eng., CMRP, is the director of engineering & reliability for Agrium Inc.’s wholesale division. A certified RCM II facilitator, Keith has worked as a reliability specialist, maintenance manager, maintenance planner, and project engineer in the petro-chemical, hazardous waste, and forest products industries. Keith has 20 years of experience in reliability improvement programs, maintenance management, failure analysis and CMMS implementation. He graduated with a B.Eng in mechanical engineering from the University of Sheffield, England, and is a professional engineer registered in Alberta, Canada. Keith is also a certified maintenance and reliability specialist with the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Engineers. |
