The WCM Focus Group meeting was founded in 1996 by SAP and the Work Clearance Management (WCM) Pilot customers. The goal of the focus group was the design and development of the WCM SAP Solution. In 1999, all four pilot customers went live with Work Clearance Management and the focus group stopped its activities. In 2004, WCM customers asked to reinstate a regular meeting with a new goal of focusing mainly on information exchange and influencing future development of WCM. Since then, the group has held WCM Info Days in Brussels, Belgium, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Huntington Beach, Ca and Munich, Germany and remains open to all WCM customers. The WCM Company (founded by WCM experts) now runs the WCM Info Days, and has decided to hold two meetings, one in Europe and one in America. This year, the WCM Info Day will take place at SAP-Centric EAM 2010! All WCM customers are welcome to join this group to discuss new functionality, the future direction of development and first-hand customer experiences.
